computer is more and more important for us ,we have many places and much time to use it . we use it chat with others ,we can watch vidioes from it ,we even use it to help us improve our study. however ,wo also have to keep a balance it with other things . sometimes ,we often enjoy it instead forget our parents and our friends , we have little time with them ,in fact ,they maybe want to have a face-to-face with us ,we ignore it ,we become more and more distant ,it looks like a wall in front of us .what is more , we even give up exercise us , influence our body , based on a research , we have a high risk of heart diseases , so we should find a good way to make a good friend with computers.
