Computer is more and more critical for us ,we have many chances and much time to use it . we use it chat with others ,we can watch vidioes from it ,we even use it to help us improve our study. However ,wo also have to make a balance with other things . sometimes ,we often enjoy it instead forgeting our parents and our friends , we have little time with them . In fact ,they maybe want to have a face-to-face with us ,we ignore it ,we become more and more distant ,it looks like a wall in front of us .What is more , we even give up exercise , influence our body .Based on a research , we have a high risk of heart diseases . So we should find a good way to make friends with computers.
