Computer is more and more crutial for us,we have many chances and much time to use it.By useing it,we can chat with others,we can watch videos from it,we even use it to help us improve our study. However,we also have to make a balance with other things.sometimes,we often enjoy it instead forgeting our parents and our friends,we have little time with them.In fact,they maybe want to have a face-to-face with us,we ignore it,we become more and more distant,it looks like a wall in front of us.What is more,we even give up exercise,influence our body.Based on a research,we have a high risk of heart diseases. So we should find a good way to make friends with computers.
