As Known to all of us, communication is very important in our daily work and life. When I graduated from university and started my career in one World Fortune 500 Company, I attended a training with the subject of communication. The content mainly includes the importance of communication, the skill to communicate with our leaders, colleagues, clients, ect. I growed fast with the help of my senior manager, who interviewed me when I find the job before graduate. And he promoted me as a team leader, so I need to communicate with my site plant manager, function managers, prooduction managers and also with my team members who report to me. I found it is really very important for the people communicating with others.Besides, I communicated with my family members very well.Our family is very harmious.
