There are two graphes portrayed by black and white column.On the left side,two black reatangles,one represents for 1960's and another one indicts 1990's,are clamed "life expectancy".From the picture,we learn that people generally live to 40 years old in 1960's,while the avrage of the life expectancy is 60 years old in 1990's.Contraied to the life expectancy,it is infant mortality on the right side.Among 1000 births,almost 100 infants died in 1990's,while the rate of death highly reached to 190 in 1960's. For those changes,the development of mediation,undoubtedly,play a very important role in the process.As the application of latest techology,some of diseases that didn't cure previously are gradually blow in current time.Meanwhile,it is a constrictor for the phenomanon that the enviroment is increasingly becoming more beautiful and harmonions,which decreases sharply the probability of infection of diseases.Last but not least,as the apparent improvement of financity,our standard of life jumped actively to a new level on which we can buy safe food,drink qualified wine and get comfortable service. In my opinions,there is no doubt that our quality of life is growing healthily in recent years.However,we shouldn't ignore the possible,a crowd of people will strain the situation of settlement,may be a patient dangerous to our earth.So,some regulations should be introduced to prevent the situation from unlimited extendency of population.
