From my angle,a smart consumer can not be judged by whether buying cheaper things or not.For one thing,it is so common that most people rush buying cheaper things unnecessary for themselves with a great desire.For another,a successful buying should not only be judged by its cost but also its quality.As a matter of fact,a great number of things at a discount actually are made of inferior materials.In case we buy them,we probably feel cheerful at first but end up realizing being deceived with disappointment. To reach a conclusion,smart consumers are those who combine many factors together and have a final decision for buying something thoughtfully.
