I have taken a commendable step. I ran in the morning at 6:30, this is what I always wanted to do. The idea was in my mind from many years but I never tried. Nevertheless, my health was not very good recently, still I need an exercise. Today is the first day of running and only 3 circles made me enough tired. This time I will never give up for the sake of my health.
