Firstly,self-confidence means believing ourselves.Due to Chinese traditional culture and custom,many mistake confidence for pride.In fact,a recent research shows,for instance,those,full of optimism and confidence,which is definitely different from pride, are easier to succeed. Secondly,self-confidence is composed of many inspects,such as prefect test marks,sense of humour,good-looking appearance and so on.So,we are supposed to seize every chance to widen our horizons and enrich our knowledge to improve our ability. Lastly,self-confidence can be cultivated by taking social activities.Making a speech,or taking an active part in debate will increase your confidence.In addition,it is an efficient way to pay compliments on ourselves. In a word,self-confidence is to our life what lamp is to ship.
