Since 2008, a policy that free access is provided to the public has been adopted by all levels and all kinds of museums in China, which indicates that government focus on improving its capacity of supplying public cultural products to benefit people, that is, ensure people to share the development achievements. However, many problems still exist. On one hand, not only well-mannered spectators, but also those who make so much noise interfering with others, drop litter, and touch exhibit on display that is forbidden, swarm museums everyday. On the other hand, the museum service quality inevitably declined. For example, people complained that because some devices broke down for continuously used, most museums have turned down all the devices. Others suggested that there were not enough guides, worse still, museum toilets were awful as they were not cleaned on time. As far as I am concerned, these problems are being solved by government accelerating investments in improving public cultural service quality. Free admission to museum is a beneficial policy anyway.
