The mixed population who are from diverse culture and ethnic background is more and more commonly seem nowadays. There are some reasons that may be explain the consequence and both merits and demerits of this issue. The diverse culture society phenomenon could be attributed to the following reasons. To begin with, the development of technology in both airline and telephone contribute a lot in the issue, since the movement of population is severe, those who travel around the world could exchange the culture and ethnic in the daily communication, which enhance the situation. Beside, the modern immigration increased the culture exchange as well. The new immigration would bring their own culture to the country where they are willing the permanent live in and learn the local culture at the same time. The disadvantages may include the culture conflict among different culture group, specifically to those who have strong feelings for the issues may cause some inappropriate behaviors and even result a war in it. Furthermore, young people may feel confused when learning all the culture events due to the fact that some of them may contradict to each other. By contrast, there may have some advantage of multi-culture phenomenon, for instant, it’s promote the creation and development of the society in a long term. Since the communication of different ideas could stimulate inventions and innovations, which may arise contribution to the whole society. In addition, culture diversity could promote our economy. For example, if we knew the like and dislike of one culture it would easier to establish a business relationship than those who do not know any culture preferences’ group. To sum up, the trend of culture and ethnic mix is increasing, the reason of the issue may be advance develop. It has pro and corn in both sides, the problems caused by these events could be settled as the time pass
