Recently, students tend to focus on their majors, hardly reading extensively.Considering such a phenomenon, I would like to voice my concern that it means a lot for us to read extensively. Undoubtedly, reading benefits us immensely. For one thing, reading broadens our horizons indeed. A book ,a magazine and even a newspaper performs as windows ,enabling us to look at the outside world.In this way, though staying at the same place, we could learn about various cultures of different nations.For another,reading a good book is communicating with a great person.As we all know, great person in the past passed on their emotions ,experience as well as wisdom through writing books.Clearly ,reading such books,our thinking codes will be improved,our minds nourished,and our spirits enriched. Simply speaking,reading is truly a wise choice,which improve us mentally and makes a great difference to our life.
