As a Chinese,we read books written by Chinese,communicate with other people in Chinese and write passages in Chinese.So studying Chinese well is important and necessary for us. In recent years,some students think that we are Chinese and we live in a Chinese environment so we don't have to study Chinese,even some think that studying foreign language like English or Japanese is more important than studying Chinese,so that they disregard it.The reason why these phenomenon appear,in my opinion ,because some students now think that a foreign language they learning can help them get more chances when they find jobs in society.Moreover,most of Chinese think Chinese can't bring profit to them so they disregard it. If we don't change our mind we will lost our national culture,we can't understand poems written by Libai even we can't recognize Chinese. In my view,we should take Chinese seriously,study Chinese letters,Chinese culture and Chinese literature.Because we are Chinese, we can't ignore Chinese studying.
