One of the reason is that English is more and more important for people,so as a student,he hears from his parent and teacher's comments,we should pay attention to study of English,as Chinses is meaning of nothing to us.In fact,that's wrong thought to every student.Having a try,after 50 years,we can't speak Chinese any more,and our culture was lost,how can our country to strengthen itself?Depend on English? So,in my point of view,when we take our time to study English,at meantime,we should be to the study of Chinese.
