Since we have joined in the World Trade Organisation,the English is become more important than before.Especially the Olympic games in 2008 in Beijing,putting the learning English to a high level,all of the population are joined in the learning English in China.But this phenomenon is not so well,especially our culture,and the mother tongue Chinese. Not just above those reasons,to which there are so many reasons lead the phenomenon happen.First,because we want to go abroad;second,learning some new languages is good for us to obtain a good job;and third,because all of the world's population is learning other languages,not just English.This phenomenon leads to some bad consequence,like don't care our culture,all abandon of our own language.It is bad for a country to development in the future,and the new kids will not know our culture,but just know other country's.That is horrible. In my opinion,I think that learning other languages are not wrong,but we should know what is the most important thing for us.Our own language and culture are the first thing in our minds,because we inherit them from our ancestor,they are treasures for us,we should take care of them,and to learn them by heart.
