Nowadays,the ricer people are,the more car on the road,the road much blocked,we can merely see the car could drive fast,unless on the expressway,for too many cars.We all know that the car drive the much slower,the more pollution was produced,with the nember of car increase,the traffic is more terrible,the car drive much slower,and the more pollution was produced,if there is less car on the road it will not. In conclusion,the more car there are ,the more pollution was produced,so in my opinion,private cars owners should be taxed for pollution.
