Nowadays large quantities of libraries are opened for the public in free of charge,aiming at provide more opportunities for people to acquire knowledge and broaden their horizons. It is true that many people benefit a lot from free admission to museums,but it indeed brings some problems at the same time. To begin with,lots of books will be stolen,due to many people study in the library including thieves.Moreover,books will be destroyed,owing to some vandals who don't protect books at all. In my points of view,it's great to have such a policy that many books are available to people,but regulations and restrictions should be mak en to prevent books from stealing.Also,strenghten pubilc education is necessary to raise awareness.Only in this way can it benefit the people.
