In recent years, taking civil service exams has been prevailing among graduated students. Besides, people who have been worked for several years are crazing for it. Last year, there are 133 million people to take the exam. Absolutely, the competitive pressure is enormous. However, facing such a situation why there are more and more people still to take part in it? A number of factors can account for such phenomenon, but the following might be critical ones. First, the civil is much more stable than any other jobs. it is comfortable because of its regular working hours. Second, as for a small part of people it is a way to achieve their ambitions that thrust for authority and money. Moreover, if you work for government you can win glory for your families. In my view, there are many ways to get what we pursue; being a civil servant is not the only way and perfect way. Only have a strong ability and indomitable spirit can we be successful.
