Nowadays, more and more environmental problems such as toxic groundwater, depletion of natural resources and greenhouse effect are posing a threat to animals, plants, even human'd survive. Clearly, Only the governments on this planets joint effort can be addressed the environmental problems. Even though the amounts of pollutants like automobiles exhaust, carbon dioxide emitted among countries are significantly different, the impacts brought by pollutants doesn't limit a certain region. For example, developing countries produces more carbon dioxide than developed countries, based on this, can you conclude that people in developed countries will suffer little from the harm of the greenhouse effect? In fact, as an old saying goes, "people are created equal," all countries around the world has experienced the extreme weather and are threatened by the increasing temperature resulted by the greenhouse effect. For this, how can you assume that the environment problems can be solved by a single country? Also, although developed countries emit less carbon dioxide, the amounts of natural resources consumed by them excessively surpass the developing countries. They are big contributors to the depletion of fossil fuel. However, decreasing the usage of fuels may slow down their economic development and lessen down people' comfort and convenience ,so they lack the motivation to change. Thus, other countries and international organizations has the obligations to ensure these countries fulfill their duty. Therefore, the global impact of contamination and some countries's negative attitude to solve environment problems discussed above are compelling reasons to enhance the international cooperation to deal with environmental problems.
