Ofcourse private car owners should be taxed for pollution. Nowadays, the living standar of chinese people is higher and higher, which lead the cars numble rise more sharply. but we can`t deny such fact that pollution became worse. In our country, gas pullutio is the biggest reason. Those private car owners must take his duty to protect our enviroment. We are in need money to save our natural. And, this problem also related to equel. If those car owner do not be taxed, which means we all must pay for the pollution. As far as I am concerned, it is unfair. It also cause same social problem. Those private car owner must take his own ability to protest envirment. They also have such ability to pay for the tax. Also this is a good way to reduce the gas pollution, which do much help to enviroment protest. In a word, private owners are taxed, which is good for our enviroment, and they also have duty to do it.
