Many people may think that employees who always follow their supervisor's instructions are more worthwhile considering building a company's criterion. I think emploees who try to find an originate way to do job, however, are more valuable than those I mentioned before. They are more creative, more positive, and have a better performance in the future. Employees who try to find new way means they have the ability of creation. They would not just follow what their supervisor have told them to do and regradless the reality and whether the construction is right or not. I believe that a number of managers would not like those people who just follow. We can not deny some leaders who don't enjoy new way founder because they are selfish, they fear someone else will sbstitute themselves. So, it is important for a company to have creative employees who always tend to find new way. Besides, employees would explore themselves when they try to find a better way to solve problems. During this process, they are not only benefit the company they are working for, but also find their own value. They make a goal and do their best to overcome difficulties, complete it, and prove their choice is right. Finally, those people who try to find new way have more oppotunities to success. They may have a better performance in the future. They can donate more value to their company. Employees who always want a better method, though, give more time in their job. As far as I am concerd, employees who are tend to creat and be positive, and then they have a better performance for a company.
