What accounts for the not uncommon?Small wonder,from my perspective,perhaps we have no better way to appreciate it than by studying the three influential factors.In the first place,the difference is closely related to the unequal income that they gain from their work.In the second place,in the final analysis,the difference has a lot to do with their different attitude towards and outlook on life and work.In the third place,we have unquestionable evidence that the treatments that they received and the policies of the company may also give rise to staff's difference in the satisfaction degree. I would not go that far correspondingly,we have no difficulty but can obtain a conclusion that it is as the society further develops that the difference is bound to exist in the forthcoming years.As far as I am concerned,it is a negative phenomenon and should be eliminated in that only in this way,can it not merely disadvantageous to individuals but also to the stability of a company and even the whole society,be you a great man or an ordinary man.
