Nowadays,there are lots of students who pay little attention to the spelling in English study.In other words,they may know the meaning of words and read it but don't know how to spell it. Some people analysed this phenomenon and came up with some reasons.In the first place,the proportion of spelling questions is small in the exam.There are many questions that only to be chosen in the examination paper.Furthermore,with the development of electronic dictionary,many students use it to consult a dictionary.So they don't know how to spell it rightly and completely. In my opinion,in order to solve the phenomenon,the students should attach more attention to spell the words and they must know the importance of spelling.What's more,they are supposed to provide some questions about spelling for their students.
