Just randomly ask a student on campus or the young man on the street what he is busy with，you may get the answer that he is preparing for a certificate.Asking more people，you will find that getting certificates have become a craze，especially among today′s job-seeking youth. People have different purposes in becoming certified.More and more people,especially students,look at obtaining certificates as a mean of getting a good job and,therefore,enjoying brighter future.some others spare no effort to get the certificates for the sole purpose to prove that they are qualified in a certain field.Still there are those who just want to enrich their life by perparing for the certificates because they really enjoy the progress. I myself have obtained two different certificates:one in computer and one in the Einglish translation.Both of them are beneficial in getting a better job.Accordingly,it is my opinion that,trend or not,the result of becoming certified is really invaluable in openning-up future opportunities.
