In recent years,more and more commodities are decorated by luxurious packaging，and the phenomenon of excessive packaging has become a hot topic,and heated debates are right on their way. It's commonly believed that excessive packaging is the inevitable results of the development of material sociaty.But it's no simple task to offer the reasons of this phenomenon which involved more than one complicated factor.There may be a combination of factors which contribute to the question that we are arguing.Firstly,with people‘s lives getting better,people are increasingly demanding high quality of life.In addition to practicality,people would rather choose the commodity which are well packaged.Because of the demanding,the market exists.Secondly,people in order to show their status so they are more willing to choose the products with pretty decoration to send gifts to others. Seems to me,I don't think excessive packaging is a good idea.Packaging is just like a double-edged sword.With them we have a nice mood when we do some shopping,But one point should be kept in mind that we should take sensible advantage of them,always being the master of them.
