A recent survey has revealed that friends and joy can free people from tremendous pressure so that they are able to be in a good mood. As we all know, the state of mind is closely related to the physical condition. You may surprisingly find that you feel more energetic when you are cheerful and delighted. Finally, scientists have found that being closer to nature brings great advantages. People who are fond of growing flowers and plants in garden live longer than those who rarely go outdoors. I can’t resist concluding this article with several kernels of advice: eat vegetables as many as possible; spend some of your leisure time talking with friends and family; don’t watch TV while you are eating; give equal importance to entertainment as work.
