The flat is on the eighth floor with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchen and a toilet. It is well furnished with an air-conditioner, a bed, a table, a chair, a set of sofa, a bookcase and a gas stove. The bedrooms and sitting room face south, so they are bright with sunshine. As the building is located in the downtown, it is very convenient for you to go shopping and take buses or the underground. The rent is 2000 yuan a month.
