And their parents are too busy to look after them .They just give them some money for breakfast. Some girls don't have breakfast to keep slim. As a result, they feel sleepy in class. And they do worse in the exams. To make the things better, they should have breakfast every day because it can provide 30% energy for them and it can help them think better. Teenagers' health should begin with good breakfast.
