Drinks or fruit , which do you prefer?
Some teenagers like to drink varieties of drinks. They think drinks tastes better than fruit . They can replenish energy from drinks .
However , some teenagers think eating fruit can help them to get nutrition and vitamin . What’s more , fruit can improve their looks .
In my opinion , eating fruit is healthier. There is usually something inside the drinks that will do harm to people. It doesn’t matter if you drink a little , but it is not good for you to drink much day after day . On the contrary , fruit is natural and healthy. It is good for our health. So I prefer to eat fruit .
