Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.
【题目讲解】
这回试题难不倒烤鸭。冲突的焦点落在[有必要设立图书馆]或[没有必要]，而不是单一的立场library PK Internet。在家使用因特网的好处太多，可是利用图书馆可以补足其功能complementary。
两个问题。引言3 sentences之后，1. 讨论二者的利弊，看中体的承段6 sentences与转6 sentences段。2. 考生提出看法，看合段的结论3 sentences。
起段引言 Introduction
开头第一句。申论主题：使用因特网可以取得各种资讯Vs.图书馆对大众有利。
开头第二句。集中焦点：冲突是两难自解。
开头第三句。一分为二：分头指引讨论二者利弊。
作者词汇基础不错，学术词汇表达比较恰当，避免拼写错误；从句使用稍显不足，注意个别句子错误；过渡词和衔接词使用的比较不错。
Whether the government should build free libraries for the pubilc or not has been a heatedly discussed topic. Some people concern that it's not neccessary to establish such libraries as it will waste so much money for the project. However, another view to support this project is also widely held among so many people. Admittedly, library is one of the most fundamental factors in the education system as it provides not only the books and magazines for readers to enrich their horizons but also a quiet place to read in the noisy society. People sometimes read for a whole day, if they use the internet by computer, obviously, it is not good to their health. A free library will fulfill most people. Reading in the internet is also a good choice for an increasing number of people since there is more convenence than the library without going out their homes. With the rapid development of the internet, internet has rushed into our daily life, we can't refuse to use it as it gives us lots of facilities during our study and work. Due to the internet, our world has been draged more closely, thus we are able to obtain the information around the world only under a few minutes. In my opinion, establishing a free library and using internet to check the information are not mutually exclusive. Only combining both, can people largely acquire the knowledge their need. We can't reject to use internet, but the important functions offer by the library also significantly meet most of people's demand.
