Because of the limitation of the job opportunity and the over supply of the amounts of graduated students,it is inevitable for students especially the college students,who must take consideration of their future,with uncertainty risk.Adding a heavy burdon is not the students option,but an inescapable fact of life,and we need to constantly adopt to keep pace with it.Besides,from the perspective of the social value.Appareantly,the innovation of the science has been fueled the appetite for the wealth and status.Undoubtedly,the students are vulnerable to the atmosphere of pursuing the wealth and power.Consequently,they neglect the significant of relieving stress and sacrificing themselves into the fighting for competitors. As a result,it is conceivable that the students have to suffer from the stress from both physically and mentally.For example,the students who choose the challenging but rich rewards specialty,like finance,requiring them use brain frequently which are in state of stress without the relaxation.Some of them died from the diseases refereed to the brain in the later days.Besides,the youth delinquency could become a normal phenomenon if we could not treat the stress with a sensible attitude or guide their value orientation in a modest way
