First of all,we can't watch something continually over an hour.After watching something an hour,we should take a rest,at least ten minutes, Secondly,we can't see the strong light which can harm our eyes, thirdly,we can't watch something in dark situation or lay in bed to watch, The lastly,we should do exercise for eyes and use medicine for eyes.
