As China become more and more important in the world communication, people are asked to improve the quality in behavior. Because the civilized behavior play an important part in international communication. In our daily life, I notice some rude uncivilized behaviors which many people think those are common. Such as, some people spit on the floor in public place. Some people speak loudly in reading room as if the world is his. What's more, some people run for the seats on buses, ignoring the old people and the children. As for me, I think our personal behavior is behalf our country's education quality. So it is urgently to improve our citizens quality. First, we should be inspect others. Second, we should observe the rules.
