A dramatical decline in beef consumption can be seen , which falling swifyly from 220 gramps to 100 gramps , between 1979 and 2004. By contrast the consumption for chicken shows an oppsite trend . it experiences a significant increase , rising from 140 gramps in 1974 to 250 gramps in 2004. Similarly, the consumption for lamb and beef shares a similar flucutuation. and the consumption for lamb falls sharply form 150 gramps in 1979 to 60 gramps in 2004. Surprisely, the consumption for fish remains costant at 50 gramps over the period of 25 years form 1974. In conclusion , as is shown in the curve line, chicken has become one of the most vital meat in our table , which has substitued other meats such as beef , lamb and fish.
