There is nothing denying that communication is important and useful in our work and life.Communication can help you achieve your goals more easily. For example, we can have a better expression and understanding by frequent and appropriate communication with others. Better communication can reduce unnecessary misunderstanding and conflicts and improve the efficiency of teamwork. To further illustrate the effect of communication, I would like to take my company as a case in point. Too many staffs in different departments with diverse mind can not work together and cooperate smoothly and harmoniously without communication.
