考研作文：关于领导

In my opinion, I don't know how to get insight to the person of a leader, a corrupt official or not he is. people have no power to decide a conclusion for a friendly relation of fame. In fact, How? I think a leader should close to the bottom and take care of fame's live relation or creat huge benift from society.
