We have two very beautiful eyes,they're very important for us.We can watch TV,read books,look at every interesting things and so on with it.So how to protect it? Here are some advice: 1.Don't read book or other something for a long time. 2.After seeing something ,we should look at some trees or grass that far away from us. 3.Doing eyes excercise is also important,and don't give up dong that. 4.Don't read in poor light or in strong light,that will hurt your eyes. Don't forget these,they will help you.
