The cartoon aims at informing us the significance of communication and definitely no one can ignore the importance of cimmunication. Communication can enable us to achieve our objectives quickly.By frequent and smooth communication we can have a better understanding among each other , reduce unnecessary conflicts and friction and thus enhance the happy and efficient corporation. To further illustrate the importance of communication,i would like to give some suggestions to the companies.Firstly,the company should creat opponunities for employees to express the opinions,the the company can get some good ideals and proposals to the improve the company function.Secondly,the employees should learn the skill of communication.A better way always results in a better understanding. From my perspective,at no time shoud we underestimate the influence of communication. Face misunderstanding.we should launch a communication initiatively and promptly to find the truth rather than a prejudice.
