There is a format that actively indicated a serious situation of accidents in a Chinese city in 2005.Five main accident causes attached many relevant figures about number of accidents are listed. For instant, drivers turn left without due care, resulting to 600 people injured, whose percentage rises 10% over 2004,and travel too close to other vehicles, contributing to 411 people feeling sorrow, whose percentage rises 9% over 2004.Other two important reasons are pedestrians crossing roads carelessly, involving 401 people, which percentage rises 12% over 2004,and drivers driving under the influence of alcohol, containing 281 people, whose percentage rises sharply 15% over 2004.However,the tendency about drivers failing to give a signal, relating 261 people, fall 5% over 2004. What we learned from the graph is a worrisome phenomenon:increasing of accidents in a Chinese city.As the era of financial propersity arrived, people have a highly quality of life, especially in urbans. Most of them choose to buy personal cars, which put extensive pressure on the school bus driving. To relevese the huge crowd of people and even earn more benefits, some coaches surrender to selfness to decrease the principles of license. So a majority of people easily get a license to drive, unfortunatelly, including some low-skilled and irresponsible men. This is the most significant reason of creating lots of road killers. In addition, pedestrians who lack essential intensions of safety and common sense about traffic lead to the tragedy. In my opinion, people should be taught to realize the importance of compling with regulations and nurture a social responsibility.Above all, some indispensable laws and limitations should be enforced to by relevant institutions to decline the likehood of accidents.
