Definitely,no one can deny the importance of leadership,or called corporate spirit,in the enterprise.As it did in the case of Jobs who was Corporate Executive Officer of the Apple.He considered that entrepreneurship is the lubricant of success.Still,it needs to be free from brilliant leaders.There are two examples as the case in point. Firstly,the Enron Corporate,instructed by Enron,was destructed within one year.Enron empowered his employees whoever they just graduated from the university and are unexperienced.Consequently,too many debts and disordered administration overwhelmed him and his company.Such fact stunned the whole trade and commercial.However,to further illustrate the significance of leaders,I'll take another instance of Jobs,who changed a word,'apple',transforming a sort of fruit into a symbol of phone.His spirit,never-say-die,established a techinology empire.While in the Silicon Valley where is the most miricle valley around the world. In my prespect,the leader means the central of coagulative power which leaders and employees are aimed at the same target.
