Definitely,no one can deny the importance of leadership,or called corporate spirit,in the enterprise.As it did in the case of Jobs who was Corporate Executive Officer of the Apple.He considered that entrepreneurship is the lubricant of success.Still,brilliant leaders would free our mind.There are two examples as the case in point. Firstly,the Enron Corporate,conducted by Enron,was destructed within one year.Enron empowered his employees whoever they just graduated from the university and are unexperienced.Consequently,too many debts and disorder overwhelmed him and his company.Such fact stunned the whole finance circle.However,to further illustrate the significance of leadership,I'll take another instance of Jobs,who did a transformation in what the apple means.His spirit of never-say-die,established a technology empire.While in the Silicon Valley where is the most miracle valley around the world. In my view,leading to a brighter prospect than it used to,the head is a backbone. Under the assembled power,they are aimed at the same target.
