through eyes we can see all the beautiful things so they are so important for us. How to protect our eyes ?What do we need to do? In my opinion, i think we shouldn't excessively use it . I mean when you watch TV or read a book, you should have a rest not only for your brain but also for your eyes. For example, if you take an hour reading, you can rest for a few and then continue on. Besides, when you find something wrong with your eyes ,don't deal with the problem on your own. The best way is to go to hospital and ask specialists for help. In other words, we need to try our best to keep eyes healthy during the daily life.
